Policies & Conditions - Please Read

• Reservations confirmed with 50% deposit paid at the time of booking with the balance due 5 days prior to arrival.
  
  
• 80% of your deposit is refundable if the reservation is canceled at least 30 prior to your scheduled arrival date; or you may reschedule your stay once for a later date subject to availability.
  
  
• If you cancel within 30 days of your scheduled arrival day, you are subject to forfeiture of your lodging payments (excluding tax and cleaning), unless we are able to re-book the property. In the event we are able to book another guest, you will be refunded at the rate of the new reservation.
  
  
• Standard rates accompany each of the unit pictures. Holiday rates vary "Call for Quote". .
  
  
• Rates include the hospitality of the hot tub under the stars; free use of videos, games and reading material; gardens for lounging; complimentary gas BBQ's; and snow removal.
  
  
• For your convenience & enjoyment each unit has complimentary gourmet coffee & muffins; kitchen or kitchenette; private bath; and gas fireplaces.
  
  
• All units are non-smoking.
  
  
• Rates are for single or double occupancy and are subject to change without notice.
  
  
• Some units may accommodate additional guests for an additional $15 per person per night. Rates are also subject to the local "Hotel tax".
  
  
• $30.00 Cleaning Fee
  
  To confirm a reservation, prepayment of deposit (50% of stay) or secured credit card is required. We accept most credit cards. Cash, personal check or travelers checks are preferred methods of payment upon arrival. A percentage of payment made with these three methods is donated to Breast Cancer research & services.

• $20 Reschedule Fee
  
  
• No reschedules 14 days or less prior to arrival unless willing to forfeit deposit until re-booked (then $50 fee)
  
  
• No Refunds Will Be Made Under Any Circumstances Without Prior Notice. Including Weather Or Other Emergencies.

CABINS & SUITES  and  VACATION HOME RESERVATION NOTES:
• 2 night minimum stay required with a Saturday (some exceptions off-season and extended minimums for High Seasons and Holidays)
• Rates do not include local room taxes and fees.
• Cash, traveler's checks and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) accepted.

NO SHOWS: Because all rooms are paid in full, in advance, we hold your room for you on your reservation date. If you do not show up and have not properly cancelled  your reservation (email request from you for cancellation and a response from SG Properties accepting your request under specific terms) your reservation has then been fulfilled and all funds used. This is because you have prevented us from renting the room to someone else.

• Bring your own Cover for the furniture and beds. Dog fur is no fun in comforters & couches.
  
  
• Dogs cannot be left unattended in the units for extended periods. Especially if they bark.
  
  
• Visiting dogs should get along with people and other animals
  
  
• No cash deposit is required however your credit card information will be retained on file as security. By bringing your pet onto Spruce Grove property you are giving SG Properties constructive notice that you authorize SG Properties to charge your card for damages that your pet may cause while staying at SG.
  
  
• We reserve the right to ask you and your dog to leave without refund if we feel inconsiderate actions are occurring.
